OYINVEE GLOBAL LIMITED collects personal information when you buy from us, enquire about supply, or subscribe to our updates. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to serve you:
- Order information, being your name, delivery address, email address and phone number, so we can process and deliver an order
- Enquiry information, being the contact and company details you enter into our contact or wholesale forms
- Account information, if you choose to create an account, being your email address and saved addresses
- Marketing consent, if you subscribe to updates, being your email address and a record that you opted in
- Technical information, being basic analytics about how the site is used, which does not identify you personally
You can buy from us as a guest without creating an account.
Why we collect it
We use your information to fulfil orders, arrange delivery, respond to enquiries, issue quotations, send order and delivery notifications, and, where you have opted in, send marketing updates. We do not use your information for automated decision making.
Payments
Online payments are processed by our payment provider. Your card details are entered directly with the provider and are never stored on our systems. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed, along with a transaction reference, but not your card number.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with parties who need it to deliver a service to you:
- Our payment provider, to take payment
- Delivery and logistics partners, to get an order to your address
- Our email provider, to send transactional and, where consented, marketing messages
- Regulators or law enforcement, where we are legally required to
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Enquiry records are kept for as long as the commercial relationship is active, and for a reasonable period afterward. Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act, you may ask us to:
- Confirm what personal information we hold about you
- Provide a copy of it
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Delete it, where we are not required to keep it
- Stop using it for marketing, which you can also do from any marketing email

Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work, such as remembering the contents of your cart and keeping you signed in. We also use limited analytics to understand which pages are useful.
